Day 1

On the first day of the hearings the Chairperson, Deputy Chief Justice Zondo, opened proceedings. This was followed by an opening statement on behalf of the legal team by Advocate Paul Pretorius SC which was followed by a presentation of reports by Advocate Thandi Norman SC.
