The Commission will hear Parliamentary Oversight related evidence from Executive Secretary of Council for the Advancement of the South African Constitution (“CASAC”), Mr Lawson Naidoo at 10h00 on Thursday, 18 February 2021. The Commission will also hear evidence from Professor Emeritus of Public Law University of Cape Town, Prof Hugh Corder, Parliamentary Monitor of Parliamentary Monitoring Group (PMG), Ms Jennifer Rault-Smith and from the Director of Corruption Watch, Mr David Lewis.
