The Commission will continue to hear evidence relating to allegations of corruption at the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) from the Director at Crowe Forensics SA (Pty) LTD, Mr Ryan Marc Sacks, on Wednesday, 24 February 2021 at 10:00. The Commission will also here evidence from Tshwane Trust Co (Pty) LTD liquidator, Mr Hannes Muller, and from Director of Swifambo Rail, Mr Auswell Mashaba. The Commission will also have an evening session and will hear Parliamentary Oversight related evidence from Former Chairperson of the Portfolio Committee on Public Enterprises, Ms Dipuo Letsatsi Duba at 17h00.
