The Commission will hear Denel related evidence from the Former Minister of Department of Public Enterprises, Ms Lynette Brown at 9h00 on Friday, 09 April 2021. The Commission will also hear State Security related evidence from Former Minister of State Security, Mr David Mahlobo. The Commission is also scheduled to hear Mr Malusi Gigaba’s application for leave to cross-examine Ms Nomachule Gigaba and to also hear evidence of Ms Nomachule Gigaba on Gupta related evidence.
